Security Deposit
The refundable security deposit is $750.00. Please note, this deposit may vary depending upon applicant’s credit rating, rental history, and past landlord references.
Pets
Indoor cats are welcome at Palm Court Apartments. Sorry, no dogs.
There is a non-refundable pet fee of $500 and a monthly pet rent of $50 per pet.
